Beckenham Theatre Centre Limited (‘the Theatre’) is a registered charity (#236434), collectively owned by all of its members and managed in an open and transparent way by a Board of up to 16 Trustees, elected at the Annual General Meeting.
Accounts are independently audited, lodged with both the Charity Commission and Companies House, and are made available publicly.
The Trustees’ meetings (usually every 5-6 weeks) are minuted and those minutes are available in the theatre bar for members to inspect at any time.
